On Wednesday, Nov. 6, an SCRS Repairer Driven Education (RDE) Series session was held, called “Capturing Every Procedure: What are you missing,” led byToby ChessofKent Automotive;Ron Reichen,Precision Body & Paint; andDanny Gredinberg,Database Enhancement Gateway(DEG).
Panelists were present to provide information on creating an effective repair blueprint and how to have a blueprint that will impact profitability and morale. According to Chess, “Between Ron, Danny and myself, we have over 120 years of estimating experience. Today, we are helping estimators to better utilize their time and to increase gross profit.”
