Master ASE Technician – Dallas or North Austin areas

Duties:
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and helpful manner
- Provide outstanding service to customers over the phone or in writing
- Assist customers or callers by providing information, answering questions, and troubleshooting
- Build rapport with customers by displaying an engaging, kind, and helpful attitude
- Make outbound phone calls in response to any inquiries, questions, or other follow-ups
- Maintain customer files in proprietary software application with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Provide any other support as needed to teams, departments, managers, and other staff
Qualifications:
- ASE Master Certification is required and must be acquired/maintained
- A bi-lingual applicant is preferred
- Minimum of 1-year service technician experience preferred
- Strong auto mechanical knowledge and diagnostic capabilities, with specific experience on engines, transmissions, transfer cases, and differentials
- Ability to determine appropriate parts and labor costs for repairs
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time-management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Computer and keyboard skills a must
- Knowledge of AllData, Mitchell, Identifix, and Outlook a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent. College, vocational, or trade school diploma a plus.
