THE URG WARRANTY CLAIMS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO SAVE YOU TIME ON PROCESSING CLAIMS AND PROVIDE EFFICIENCY AND STANDARDIZATION TO REDUCE WARRANTY CLAIM PAYMENTS TO CUSTOMERS.

- URG provides you with a 800 number for customers to call
- Customers work directly with ASE Certified staff to process warranty claims
- You can track claims and their progress right on your Member Dashboard
- Dedicated URG claims software
The terms of this program are: a full 1-year commitment and $1,500 per month for the first 3 locations. Each additional location above 3 is $500 each. $35 per claim for each claim closed.
Please note: the requirements for participation may adjust or change in the future in order to best serve the recycler.
