URG Sessions
Registration – Thursday April 30th from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm and than Friday starting at 7:00 am.
Thursday Night Meet & Greet
7:00 pm – 9:00. This gives you a chance to meet our board of directors. We will be having drinks and appetizers.
Registration and Hotel booking
HOW TO REGISTER & BOOK HOTEL
We have made registration and hotel reservations fully automated this year, simply follow this link: https://www.regonline.com/urg2015conferenceregistration
- Enter your email address twice (copy your email, you can use it to add more people)
- Carefully view the dropdown registration choices.
- You will need a password (example password = Yardname!)
- To Add another person, you can use your email address, just put in their first & last name for their name badges & select the appropriate Registration package from the dropdown for that attendee.
- Once you checkout and pay, the online registration will have a button for you to reserve your room at the Inverness.
- You can view or change your registration online by using your email and password!
- You may sign up for the Golf Tournament (family members are welcome) additional attendees, family meals, etc. all online.
- As a Recycler, you can also Sponsor a Hole and URG will provide the sign with your Logo!

More details to come on all of the following but here are some basics: 8:00am – 4:30pm; Approx 4 hour course; Tee times or scramble depends on # of participants; a Portion of the funds will go toward the URG Scholarship foundation; hole in one, shot or player prize/prizes will be awarded! About Course: Renowned golf course architect J. Press Maxwell designed The Inverness Golf Club in 1974. The 7,026 yard, par 70 PGA Championship golf course is known for its tight, sloping fairways, newly-renovated bunkers and fast, undulating greens. This course challenges everyone from beginners to seasoned golfers alike. Water comes into play on 11 of the 18 holes, and the par 3s test the precision of even the best players. The Inverness Golf Club also offers a driving range, chipping area and putting green to help prepare you for the upcoming challenge.
